Terms of Service

joliundo is owned and operated by TENZTRO PRIVATE LIMITED ("TENZTRO", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with registered office in Kerala, India. By creating an account or otherwise using joliundo.in (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate information at signup and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't share logins. Employers may register a single owner account per company.

joliundo provides:

• Resume tools: resume builder, ATS scoring, AI tailoring, LinkedIn rewriter, JD match.
• Job marketplace: employers publish jobs; applicants discover and apply.
• Paid add-ons: additional job posts, apply packs, Resume Pro subscription, edit top-ups.

TENZTRO is a technology intermediary under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the IT Rules, 2021. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any employer, applicant, job posting, salary, or job offer listed on the Service.

• Free quotas, paid SKUs and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.; we never see or store your card / UPI / netbanking credentials.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A GST tax invoice will be issued where applicable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled from your dashboard. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Submit content you don't own or have permission to use.
• Fabricate experience, credentials or qualifications in resumes, profiles or job postings.
• Post discriminatory, illegal, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or misleading content; or jobs that violate Indian labour, wage, or anti-discrimination laws.
• Charge applicants any fee, take security deposits, or solicit money in exchange for a job.
• Scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or its data.
• Abuse the AI features (mass-spam JDs, quota draining, prompt-injection, automated scraping).
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the Service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, content removal, and reporting to law-enforcement under Rule 3 of the IT Rules, 2021.

You retain ownership of the resumes, JDs, company profiles, job postings and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant TENZTRO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell User Content and do not use it to train AI models.

By posting a job or applying to one, employers and applicants consent to the other party viewing the necessary parts of their profile (company info / resume) to evaluate the match.

joliundo uses AI to tailor, score and rewrite content. AI output is a draft and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every piece of output before submitting to employers or publishing online. We do not guarantee interviews, callbacks, salaries or job offers.

• Post genuine jobs only — no MLM, pyramid schemes, "pay-to-work" schemes, or fake openings.
• Treat applicant data confidentially; use it solely for recruitment for the posted role.
• Comply with the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976, Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, and other applicable Indian employment laws.
• Do not contact applicants for any purpose other than the role they applied for.

The Service, including the joliundo brand, logos, design, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by TENZTRO PRIVATE LIMITED and protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark and other IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that the AI output will achieve any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall TENZTRO, its directors, employees or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or employment opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) ₹1,000 or (b) the amounts you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TENZTRO, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party right.

You can delete your account any time from the dashboard or by emailing hello@joliundo.in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 6, 7, 9–13, 15 and 16 survive termination.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Ernakulam, Keralashall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by TENZTRO. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ernakulam, Kerala. The language shall be English.

Per the IT Rules, 2021: Grievance Officer, TENZTRO PRIVATE LIMITED — grievance@joliundo.in. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
