Privacy Policy

joliundo (joliundo.in) is a product owned and operated by TENZTRO PRIVATE LIMITED ("TENZTRO", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with registered office in Kerala, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and, where applicable, the GDPR / UK-GDPR.

• Account info: email, name, city, date of birth, account type (applicant / employer), and experience level.
• Resumes & job descriptions you paste or upload, and the tailored output we generate for you.
• Employer data: company profile, job postings, and applicant interactions.
• Usage data: quotas consumed (JD Matches, applies, ATS scores) to enforce free-tier and paid-plan limits.
• Payment metadata: Razorpay order id, payment id, and status. We never see or store your card / UPI / netbanking credentials.
• Lead emails entered on the homepage to unlock the free CV-JD match tool.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and referrer for security, fraud prevention, and analytics.

• To provide the resume, JD-match, LinkedIn rewriter, and job-marketplace features you ask for.
• To match applicants with employer job postings and share applicant data with the relevant employer.
• To enforce free vs paid quotas and process payments via Razorpay.
• To send transactional messages (account, billing, application updates). Marketing email is opt-in only.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from Indian authorities.

When you use the JD Match, Resume Builder ATS scoring, AI tailoring, or LinkedIn rewriter, the text you submit is sent to a large language model via our AI gateway to generate the output. We do not sell your data, and your CVs and JDs are not used to train any AI model.

• Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — payment processing.
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — managed database, authentication and storage.
• AI model providers (via our gateway) — solely to generate the output you requested.
• Employers — when you click "Apply", your resume and profile are shared with the company posting that job.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure in the India / EU region. We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete any saved resume from your dashboard at any time. To delete your full account and all associated data, email privacy@joliundo.in from your registered address and we will action it within 7 days, except where Indian law (e.g. tax / accounting records of payments) requires us to keep records for longer.

We use first-party cookies only — to keep you signed in and remember your session. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by joliundo.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to access, correct, update, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to nominate another individual to exercise these rights in case of your incapacity or death. EU/UK residents have equivalent rights under GDPR / UK-GDPR. To exercise any right, email privacy@joliundo.in. We will respond within 30 days.

joliundo is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security on the database, and HMAC signature verification on payment webhooks. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023, the details of our Grievance / Data Protection Officer are:
