Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid services on joliundo, owned and operated by TENZTRO PRIVATE LIMITED, Kerala, India. Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.
Digital services — general rule
joliundo sells digital services (AI generations, job posts, applicant access, resume features). Once a digital service has been consumed — for example a job is published, an applicant credit is used, an AI edit is generated, or an ATS score is produced — the purchase is non-refundable.
Cancellation
- Resume Pro subscription: cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days.
- One-time purchases (extra job post, apply pack, top-ups): can be cancelled before the credit is used by emailing billing@joliundo.in within 48 hours of purchase.
When we do issue refunds
We will refund a payment, in full or in part, when:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- A paid feature was completely unavailable for > 48 hours due to a fault on our side.
- The purchase was made fraudulently from your account without your authorisation (subject to investigation).
- The applicable law (e.g. Consumer Protection Act, 2019) mandates a refund.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@joliundo.in within 7 days of the charge.
- Include your registered email, Razorpay payment id, and reason for the request.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–10 business days of approval (timing depends on Razorpay & your bank).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and recovery action under applicable law.
