joliundo (operated by TENZTRO PRIVATE LIMITED) is a purely digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, customs duties, or delivery timelines applicable.

Paid features (extra job posts, apply packs, Resume Pro subscription, edit top-ups) are activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. In rare cases of delay (network / webhook issue), activation completes automatically within 30 minutes. If a paid feature has not activated after 30 minutes, email billing@joliundo.in with your Razorpay payment id and we will resolve it within 1 business day.
